Q: I used these instructions and was unable to get exchange on my ipad or iphone. Very frustating!!!

I entered required information for username, password, server, and emal address. Should SSL be on or off ? Should S/MME be on or off ?

Ask your IT department... What version of Exhange Server are you running? In general, SSL should be on. S/MIME should probably be off.
