Jul 17, 2012 3:47 AM in response to kromastormby wjosten,These are the only supported Bluetooth profiles:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3647
If you'd like to see a different profile supported, use this link to tell Apple:
http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
No one here works for Apple, thus no one here can tell you why Apple has made the decisions they have made regarding supported Bluetooth profiles.

Jul 17, 2012 4:55 AM in response to kromastormby ClearNexus,To answer his question in apple friendly words Bluetooth file sharing or use of bluetooth for music does not count as hacking your device it using as 3rd party connector over a wireless interlinking of device in a short distance or a small electromagnet Field to share information or use as a assessory to extend the function of the device.

Jul 17, 2012 4:38 AM in response to kromastormby Allan Sampson,Jailbreak is the cutsie term for hacking.
If you don't hack the device or iOS to achieve what you want, you aren't violating anything.

Jul 26, 2012 9:35 PM in response to Allan Sampsonby kromastorm,i am having issue with itunes and other inbuilt apps locked in portrait mode. if we have a wide screen, why not use it to ease of using applications? why is apple not looking at this aspect of application usage? portrait mode is too cramped up for my liking.. and if i think of some alternatives for landscape mode, it will definitely be tagged as jailbreak..

Jul 28, 2012 10:35 PM in response to kromastormby ClearNexus,Not nesesarily it just depends on what you want to do to solve your problem

Jul 30, 2012 5:25 AM in response to ClearNexusby kromastorm,With the given circumstances, I don't know if there is a solution. How can I solve something which was not meant to be solved. I doubt whether Apple gave any scope for solving this issue legally. At their application API level, it might be, but they will think it wastage of their time in giving user support for this simple thing ( from user point of view).

Jul 30, 2012 5:34 AM in response to kromastormby b j t,If I understand your question correctly, your screen rotation is locked and you want to un lock it.
This link might help: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3805.
The details in this link will also work with an iPad.
I hope this helps you

Jul 30, 2012 11:31 AM in response to b j tby kromastorm,Thanks for replying. My issue is not screen orientation lock. I have checked all basic features of iPhone. I know what all we need for basic operations. The apps which don't change orientation are apple apps only. Like settings, iTunes etc. which causes lots of difficulty in typing, as it gets quite cramped up.

Aug 2, 2012 7:40 PM in response to b j tby ClearNexus,I think he is saying he wants to use the iPhone home screens, and other features in landscape and this is simply not a feature you should recommend this idea to apple as a feature but as of currently you can't do this.
Plus we're not allowed to encourage any form of software modification other than installation other than appstore app's so I don't think it's possible to help your situation kromastorm.
Kromastorm if you look under that feedback link you could probably find something to recommend it to apple personally I think it would be a good way to use your iPhone rather than in a set cramped space.
