Jailbreak clause for apple products

Hi , I would like to understand the jailbreak clause. Does sharing of images through Bluetooth account to jailbreak? If so why is that? The term looks very vague. If I wish to share some images through Bluetooth using some other smartphone or pc , how does that break apple product terms and conditions?

And Please don't delete this thread. Let me know what is wrong. Deleting any thread doesn't give any answers automatically.

Thanks

To answer his question in apple friendly words Bluetooth file sharing or use of bluetooth for music does not count as hacking your device it using as 3rd party connector over a wireless interlinking of device in a short distance or a small electromagnet Field to share information or use as a assessory to extend the function of the device.

i am having issue with itunes and other inbuilt apps locked in portrait mode. if we have a wide screen, why not use it to ease of using applications? why is apple not looking at this aspect of application usage? portrait mode is too cramped up for my liking.. and if i think of some alternatives for landscape mode, it will definitely be tagged as jailbreak..

With the given circumstances, I don't know if there is a solution. How can I solve something which was not meant to be solved. I doubt whether Apple gave any scope for solving this issue legally. At their application API level, it might be, but they will think it wastage of their time in giving user support for this simple thing ( from user point of view).

I think he is saying he wants to use the iPhone home screens, and other features in landscape and this is simply not a feature you should recommend this idea to apple as a feature but as of currently you can't do this.

Plus we're not allowed to encourage any form of software modification other than installation other than appstore app's so I don't think it's possible to help your situation kromastorm.

Kromastorm if you look under that feedback link you could probably find something to recommend it to apple personally I think it would be a good way to use your iPhone rather than in a set cramped space.
