trouble reinstalling instagram

I uninstalled Instagram from my Ipad 3. I've tried reinstalling via the ipad and via Itunes from my PC. When I install and click apply on Itunes, I see the Instagram icon appear on the Ipad 'loading', but then it vanishes.

It worked fine for weeks and I think I accidentally uninstalled it. Please help.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1
