Ipad2 wi-fi mail access

I am connected to wi-fi with good signal strength but I am only receiving messages which shows up to the subject line. The message contents and attachments are not seen. The contents will show if do reply or forward. How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.
