Q: My ipod touch wouldnt rotate.

Hi I have an Ipod and my screen doesn't change to horizantal. The rotation is not locked, and I have tried restoring it but no luck. Can someone help please?

iPod touch, iOS 5.1.1

    Are you using it on an app that support landscape? Not all do.

    When restoring the iPod to factory settings/new iPod fails to resolve a problem that indicates a hardware problem. An appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order
