I would like to know if this model is factory unlock or locked version - Model MC321LL

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3

There is no way to tell from the model number. From where (dealer and country) did you buy the iPhone?

THank you for the reply it was locked to AT&T but paid for factory unlocked and done with in few min. Thanks 🙂

AT&T does not charge to unlock iPhones. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. If you paid someone else to do so, it was hacked. The warranty is void and you can no longer get support here or from Apple. If you attempt to update or restore it, you will most likely find yourself the proud owner of a paper-weight.
