"Application could not be downloaded" (KOTOR)

I have just purchased itunes gift cards, redeemed them on my apple ID and purchased Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR).

Now it is downloading at 5kb/s about and stops after a couple of hundred KBs downloaded... not even 1mb.

Is there a way to fix this, or to get my money reimbursed to my account because this is a joke.
