Compressor Not Sending to Queue

Compressor 3 was working fine on Sunday. On Monday it is not "submittiing" to queue. I add the setting to the clip and when I click submit the next box I see, the second submit button is grayed out. This happens for any setting I try (DVD, H.264, etc) and also my droplets.

Any suggestions?

I fixed it, but not sure how. I tried Comp. Repair and fiddled with Sharing & QMaster. After several restarts it came back.
