I have veryfied my apple hotmail account but when I sign in to app store ect a window appears to say I haven't veryfied my account

I have opened a new hotmail account and gave them a rescue email address different from my hotmail they sent me a verify new account message on the rescue address, when I am asked to enter my I.D and password in the app store I get a prompt that I have not verified my account I have sent the verify request several times but to no avail !!!!!!!! Need help
