Charging Nano on DLO Transpod

the charging feature of my DLO transpod fm transmitter does not appear to working. I was afraid the problem was that my nano was not accepting a charge, but it is charging fine when connected to my computer. Has anyone else had problems with the DLO transpod charging feature? The transmitter works otherwise, just doesn't appear to be charging (no charge symbol on the ipod).
