You can only use the iTunes store in the location where you live.

I'm about to move overseas, so I'm wondering: are you limited to the iTunes Store of the country in which YOU LIVE or the country IN WHICH YOU HAVE THE CREDIT CARD connected to your iTunes account?

And so, if I have Apple TV in European Country X (where I will be living), can I use the U.S. iTunes store (where my credit card account is)?
