Q: so i connected my ipod shuffle to my apple computer and the status light on my ipod shuffle shows that it is charging but when i look for it on the pc dock or in itunes it doesn't show it at all.... so what do I do???

If you have not already, I would shut down (power off) your computer. Do this to Reset your shuffle

Start up computer. Run iTunes. Connect shuffle.

If you have added a new USB device recently (since the last time it worked properly), you may want to try disconnecting it to see if that makes any difference.
