Help: iPhone 4s not streaming audio via Bluetooh to Car Stereo

What do I do if iPhone 4s, is not streaming audio through bluetooth to paired car stereo. The connection is good, in fact still does bluetooth calls thru stereo, just no music... tried wife's iphone works fine. I also deleted pairing info, and re-paired the device, and still no go. Restore it???
