Macbook won't boot - tried everything...

Please, I really need help. I have a backup of all my things on my macbook, but I don't want to be without it...

My startup freezes on the revolving circle/spinning gear. I have made the test through Single User Mode, it says my HDD is fine. On normal Safe Mode (shift key) it does not do anything. On the forced safe mode, it starts hanging around 10m on the same lines, over and over...

What more can I do? 😟
