There's nothing except bonjour in winsock providers, but the applemobiledevice still has high cpu usage. Need some help!!

Q: Even there is nothing else on the list, apple mobile device still occupies too much cpu!
The best way to fix this is to completely remove all aspects of iTunes then reinstall. Step by step directions are on this article. Good luck
