Is there any way to use Internet Explorer 7+ on a MacBook Pro without using Bootcamp, Windows etc?

Sure. Boot into Windows and it should already be there; if not go to Microsoft's website.
Well, actually, I did it for you.
IE 8: Get it now
IE 9: Get it now
steve,
The OP said "without using Bootcamp, Windows etc?". I'm aware of some little app (can't recall the name of it now and didn't bookmark the page) that claims to be able to run a few (hundreds?) of Windows apps on a Mac without having Windows installed but I don't know if IE was one of the apps.
To the OP - you could run a VM on your Mac but you'd still have to purchase a copy of Windows in order to run IE. Is there any particular reason that you actually need to run IE? Most Mac browsers work just fine.

Lol, I completely skipped over the "without." Thanks for pointing that out.
I believe the application is Wine.
I believe that's it - here's the download site for Wine - http://sourceforge.net/projects/darwine/.

I believe a while back I used this, and used Internet Explorer with it. I remember it worked, but not really well.
