Why can't I open itunes on my computer? The shortcut says that the itunes.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut? Why has it gone?

What is going on? The iTunes shortcut on my computer says it has been moved or changed and the shortcut no longer works! Where has it gone to? How do I back up my iPhone now? Any answers anyone please? Thanks for any help.

Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.

Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".

Can you launch your iTunes now?
