Q: I cannot download/install the latest itunes

I have windows xp service pack 3, the file download to 99% and then stops, how do i solve this problem, can i load an older version and how?

when downloaded it says not a valid Win32 application?

In the course of your troubleshooting to date have you worked through the following document?

iTunes: Windows reports that "iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application"
