I am trying to upload a video to vimeo.com and it is saying that I must convert my iphoto video into an mp4 and I have no idea how to do that and I only have one day left to post this video, it is very important. Please help me if you can

I am trying to upload a 17 minute 40 second video that I took in the photo booth application on my MacBook and I am trying to upload it to vimeo.com. I keep getting an error message that my video is unable to upload because it must be converted to a mp4. I have no idea how to do this and I have to have this video posted by tomorrow night the absolute latest. Please Help me, Thank you for your time

iPhoto has the ability to do a custom export of a slideshow in mpeg-4 format. Create the slideshow and then click the Export button at the bottom. Select the Custom Export... option in the resulting dialog. Look for the Export: menu and from it select Movie to MPEG-4. You can select further customization from the Options button.

I am presuming you have the latest version of iPhoto. I don't remember how much of this earlier versions could do.

Best of luck.
