usb doesn´t work

One of the usb port doesn´t work!!! what can i do?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Try Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)

And make sure your system software is up to date.

Click the Apple menu icon top left corner of your screen. From the drop down menu click Software Update.
