Mac iTunes 10.6.3 update download problem

When I update iTunes 10.6.3 on my Mac I get a message saying that my partially downloaded file is corrupted. I would like to delete the partial file and download anew. Where is the file stored?

I'd try updating using a .dmg installer downloaded from the Apple Website:

http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
