How to invite gest ten days before event?

Hi,

I searche an Apple Script for iCal ton invite gest ten days before surgical intervention.

As to schedule my patients in iCal with confirmation by mail for the date of the surgical intervention and to reserve the operating room by mai.

I think that the way is possible by programming an Apple Scripte, but what's the script?
