i bourght an iPhone from Cricket and it supposedly international unlocked (which means you can buy a sim card from any international carrier and use it outside the US) but when i instert the Sim from the international carrier (Telcel) during registration it tells me "Sim not supported"
The International Sim i bought is from a carrier that offers iPhone micro sim's and service as well
any suggestions?!

The phone is not internationally unlocked. No matter what you were told.
any solutions? if i wanted to do it would it be directrly from the company or through apple?!

The only authorized way is to ask the carrier to which it is locked to unlock it. If you were told it was unlocked when you purchased it and is actually not unlocked the place you got it is guilty of fraud. You should go back to them.
