Airport Extreme External Hard Disk

Dear All,

I am slowly migrating all my stuff to Apple and have installed an Airport Extreme with an external self powered seagate GoFlex 3T hard drive.

The problem is that I see it thru my airport utility in windows but do see it as an available hard drive to read and write.

It is being recognized by the utiliy but I cannot do anything else. Please, what am I doing wrong?
