I have a 2007 13.3" MacBook, and when I try to run a certain game, it says video card or drivers doesn't support high enough 3D textures. Is it possible to upgrade my video card? If not, how do I fix this error. I'm also on Lion (10.7.4).

You can't change the video card. It's integrated into the logic board.
Is there a way I can make this error go away?
It's not actually an error. The message is basically telling you that your GPU does not meet the requirements for the game. What game are you trying to play/install?
Call of duty: black ops. It works fine on my parents iMac.
