Why can't I set my Facetime?

I entered my apple id and password,everthing is corrected. I've pressed log in,it showed a page and there is a "verify" at the top of the page, but the it kicked me out.,I can't click the 'next'.'ve tried many times but seems useless,the Facetime is also the same thing. Can someone help me?
