No Backspace or Delete key in numeric keypad on Iphone during an Active call

Hi,

I do not find backspace key or a delete key on numeric keypad during a call. How can I edit a mistyped number?

If I m on a phone banking call then everytime i enter a wrong credit card number I need to call allover again. I cannot edit the number once typed.

You may have observed it too.. Is there a workaround for this?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

I have the same problem. I get the word "hide" (underlined) where the delete key is usually found. I touched it during call, but nothing happened. It could be that the delete key is hidden for some reason intentionally, but I can't find how to show it.

Actually. I have observed this also.

During an active call. Make one input error and there is no way to delete it.

The "x" exists in the initial keypad for making the call. However, once the call has started the "in call keypad" has no way to backspace or delete.

(tested repeatedly on iphone 4S / firmware 6.12)
