Dock using lots of resources on startup.

Just migrated from a 2006 MacBook Pro to the new 2012 one (not retina). Since the migration, every time I log onto my work account, the dock starts using an inordinately high amount of cpu. If I force quit the dock, it seems to go back to normal, though it'll sometimes start acting up again a few hours later. I do not have Parallels installed. I do have VirtualBox installed, but not showing on my dock. I've tried resetting the dock to factory settings and that worked for one start-up.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
