i wanna write in nepali with my new mac book pro.
what should i do to be able to write in Nepali.
how do I type combined charactera?
for example: स & त
how can I type "namaste" or "jasto," so that they don't look like नमसते (namasate) or जसतो (jasato)?
or न & त
"ratna" instead of रतन (ratana)?

If you go to system preferences/language & text/input sources, you can check the box for the Nepali keyboard layout, and then you can select it from the "flag" menu at the top right of the Finder.
There is no Nepali font, just a keyboard. You can find the image for youself by using the Keyboard Viewer:
