how can i reload tv series already bought

im living in germany and wanna reload my already bought tv series. how can i do that??
have i pay them again??

Sorry, but TV shows cannot be re-downloaded for free in Germany.

If you for some reason deleted those episodes, you'll have to restore them from your backup or most likely have to buy them again, though can contact the iTunes Store, explain the situation, and hope that they'll grant you an exception.
