Q: How do I remove sim from i-phone

I have a No SIM message and have tried hard reset, no help. How do I remove and reinstall my SIM?

If your phone has a SIM card slot, follow this article:
iPhone and iPad: How to remove the SIM card

Also make sure your carrier setttings are updated:
