How do I set my reminders on my phone to remind me on my email

I had it like that before, where the reminder would pop up as a new e-mail and stay there until I deleted it...but it went away somehow...how can I get it back so when I create a reminder with suri, it also pops up as a new email when the time comes to remind me.
