icloud wont let me sign in? it keeps saying server error on my PC

I downloaded the Icloud to my PC, its a windows vista so it should support the programme but everytime i try sign in it keeps saying server error. I really want to set up the find my iphone app but I just cant manage it at all if it wont let me sign in.
