How to hook Edirol PCR-50?

My intel iMac fails to recognize my Edirol PCR+50 midi keyboard via usb. Not in Garageband nor in Reason. Has anyone succeeded in connecting the two?
Perhaps Edirol needs to update their drivers? Please help.

iMac DC 17", Mac OS X (10.4.5)

Intel imac can't see my midi keyboard either.

I don't think it's a driver problem. I subscribed to the Reason beta program, and the Universal Binary beta does work well with my keyboard.
But Garageband is Universal, isn't it? Then why doesn't that work??

Can you see your midi keyboard in Audio Midi setup? I can't see mine at all. System profiler or about mac/more info, shows it connected via USB and gives the make and model. But since I cant set it up in Midi setup Garage band can't see it.

Is the reason beta free?

The Reason beta is free for subscribers, but it's only a demo.
