I can't restore my iPod touch because of error 3194. I've tried pretty much everything and it still won't restore. Help?!

I turned my iPod off last night and when I went to turn it back on, it got stuck on the logo. I tried to reboot it but it got stuck again. I waited about 15-20 minutes before rebooting it again. It got stuck once again. I plugged it into the computer. The logo came back up but it went away and it showed that I needed to download music from iTunes. I got on iTunes and said it found an iPod in recovery mode and it needed to be restored. Before restoring, I downloaded the updated version of iTunes. After trying to restore my iPod, it said it could not be restored because of error 3194. I then turned my firewall off, opened ports 80 and 443. Nothing seems to work. If you can help. Please do.
