I know how to fix that do you still have the problem?
Press both butons at the same time and hold, it'll restart!!

tried this many times not working
Open iTunes on your PC/mac, plug in your phone, put the phone into DFU mode (see this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bITIiGswjFI), restore the phone.
