See, I have a iMac g3 running Tiger, but I want to put my Powerbook's G4 procceser in my iMac g3 so I can run Leopard on my iMac G3? Plz help!!!

If the iMac G3 is the older ("tray-loader" optical drive) model, there were some upgrade products from Newer Tech and FastMac (and others) that replaced the "daughterboard" with a G4 version. In those (oldest) iMacs, the CPU and RAM were on a separate board from the motherboard, and you could replace it fairly easily. They are long since discontinued. You might find one used.


If the iMac G3 is a "slot-loader," there was a service that replaced the G3 on your motherboard with a 550-Mhz G4. The web page for it is still up
