See, I have a iMac g3 running Tiger, but I want to put my Powerbook's G4 procceser in my iMac g3 so I can run Leopard on my iMac G3? Plz help!!!

I can't so no for certain, just that I think it very, very, very unlikely. I don't think the iMacs are among the group where you oculd do processor upgrades. Usually it's pretty much within the same model group.

Both of those have the processor integral with the logic board. It's all the board or none.
If you google for "Mac mods" you may find something. There are projects out there where people put the guts from a newer model in an older Mac's case. Haven;t seen the PowerBook G4 to iMac CRT but that doesn't mean no one has done it.
If the iMac G3 is the older ("tray-loader" optical drive) model, there were some upgrade products from Newer Tech and FastMac (and others) that replaced the "daughterboard" with a G4 version. In those (oldest) iMacs, the CPU and RAM were on a separate board from the motherboard, and you could replace it fairly easily. They are long since discontinued. You might find one used.
If the iMac G3 is a "slot-loader," there was a service that replaced the G3 on your motherboard with a 550-Mhz G4. The web page for it is still up
