Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hi there,
I tried to reset my Airport Express back to factory settings ( ... hold the button until you see the light (LED) flash rapidly . )
But it still keeps - in the Airport Utilities - the existing settings. Any Idea what I could do else .

Unplug the Express
Wait a minute
Hold in the reset button first...and keep holding it in for an additional 7-8 seconds while you simultaneously plug the Express back in to power
Release the reset button after the hold period and allow 40-45 seconds for the Express to restart
If you try this a few times and it still does not clear the settings on the Express, you have a defective Express
