Q: I downloaded Amy's Back to Black but only the first 3 tracks downloaded.  I've been charged.  Who do I contact?  I live in Spain.   Suzi.

I download Amy's Back to Black but only the first 3 tracks downloaded (Someone Like You / Rehab / Mr and Mrs Jones) but I have been charged the full price.  Been thru all the info but can't find anyone to report it to.  I want another full download or my money back.  I live in Spain, please help.  Suzi.

    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

     

    Find the items that are not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
