Hello, tell me how to remove the device from the list iCloud when m is that I had already sold and have no access to it?

Unless the device is still logged into your account and find my phone is enabled, clicking on the cross will remove it permanently.

I have the same issue, but I do not have the ability to click any 'x' to remove the device. When I erased the phone, I logged out and turned off 'Find My iPhone'. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with an old iphone 5. It was taken off Find My Iphone, logged out of iCloud etc. It doesn't show up in the find my iPhone drop down but it does appear in the device list in settings on icloud.com
