Mac book pro Computer will not start black screen

Did you ever get this problem sorted. Have exact same problem at the moment. Happened every now & again but 2 days now can't get in

I had this same issue on my MacBook Pro 2.6 Ghz Intel Core machine. The only fix that I found was to take it into the Apple store where they fixed it for me. The genius bar guy said that he's seen this happen to many machines. After the repair, I've never experienced it again.
