Q: iTunes Store won't connect.
So my iTunes store won't open. It's just the continuous line with "Accessing iTunes Store" above it. I followed the directions here (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123) and the anti-virus it's finding is disabled. I'm kinda at a loss here since I can't update my iOS.

open command prompt (start run cmd, or type command in start search for vista / 7) right click > run as administrator for vista / 7
type: netsh winsock reset
hit enter
restart your computer
(warning this may affect any antivirus / firewalls installed on your computer)
