Ipod photo show up only the picture of file with exclamtion mark :( please help

I'm using ipod phot and I couldn't use after I format all the things in my ipod.

It show up the picture of the file with the exclamation mark

I did charge over night but still can't use...

However when I plug in with my mac it show up DO NOT DISCONNECT

but it's not show up on itunes.. it's only show up on desktop and write NO NAME

I tried to restart many times already but it still the same...

Please helpp 😟

One you worth trying is to manually force the iPod into Disk Mode . This may the iPod at least mount as an external drive on your PC or Mac. If it does, I would try a low level format of the device to help try and correct and drive errors. See this article for instructions on reformatting the iPod using either Windows or a Mac.
