Q: photo streaming and deleting photos

My mac and iPhone are connected to iCloud and photo streaming. I just want to delete photos off my phone not my Mac is this possible?

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Have iPhoto automatically import photostream photos into events, you can then delete anything you want from photostream on your phone without any concerns.
