DId not make in app purchase need full refund

Second time what has happened, and you do not 'qualify' for what ?

Purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

Temporary holding charges : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support


Please stop and deny the pending purchase its par of my rent and I will update my account with a new card


We are fellow users on these forums, we can't stop/refund purchases on your account.
