Does anybody else have access to your iPad and could have made the purchase ? If not then you can try contacting iTunes support and ask for a refund/credit : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store
MY iTunes has been acting weir since I create it in the last 5 days this is the second time it's happened but this time I can not afford it and I'm not a student so I do not even qualify
