Q: with the 5G plan, how many movies can I download to view on vacation in Denmark?

I just increased my iPad data plan to 5G.  I am traveling from the US to Greenland and Copenhagen and would like to take some movies with me.  How many hours of movies or TV shows (approx.) can I download and take with me?

iPad 2, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

    I am assuming you are referring to a 5GB data plan.

     

    Not sure what this has to with how many movies you can download unless you are planning on downloading them all via a cellular connection rather than WiFi.

     

    A two-hour movie usually is around 1.5 to 2.0 GB, so, barring all other use of your plan, you can download about 3 movies per month.

     

    I strongly suggest you use WiFi when possible.
