Can't download office 2011 updates.
Message says need to close:
Microsoft Database Daemon
SyncServicesAgent
don't know how
MacBook Pro, iOS 5.1.1, office 2011 for mac
Quit all Office for Mac apps (including My Day, Reminders etc)
Open Activity Monitor (Applications>Utilities>Activity Monitor) select the processes (one at a time) and select Quit or Force Quit (if Quit does not Work)
this doesn't work -- processes keep coming back to list. I'm desperate. Any other ideas? I haven't updated in an extremely long time due to this problem. Thanks in advance.
Open Activity Monitor (Applications>Utilities>Activity Monitor) select the processes (one at a time), double click one process, when box comes up, select force quit and repeat for remaining application. Note: for some reason I had to do this twice before it worked.
