I bought an Application that wasn't what I thought it would be.

Can you return an application if it is not what you wanted? I was hoping this was all about Disney World and instead the app is for business students studying the Disney way of doing business. I wanted it for vacation planning and it is not applicable. I paid $4.99 for it.
