I downloaded my purchases, but only the first minute or so of each song plays. The time stamp on the song shows the full length, but they never play past teh first bit before advancing to the next song. How do i re-download this or otherwise fix it?
I've already tried deleting and re-downloading the albums, and the same thing happened. just the first bit of each song, despite it looking like a full download. Are there any other settings I should be looking at? I've never had this problem before with other purchases.
Those instructions are for an iOS device...I've got what appears to be a defective download on an iMac and cannot find any instructions for correcting it short of 'report a problem'...which I've done 🙂
Any luck figuring out how to delete an itunes item for your iMac so you can try again? I'm having the same problem on a MacBook Pro.
